AMERICAN EXPRESS® KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Our account managers continually look for ways to improve expense management programmes so that they deliver to their full potential.  They have access to a wide range of tools to help organisations make the most of their expense management programmes, and a team of account administrators who are available to support and deal with day-to-day account queries.

Corporate clients will be allocated a key account manager when their annual spend through the Corporate Card Programme exceeds R5 million.

Implementing a Card programme
The Corporate Card Programme can be implemented efficiently in a short space of time, with a single point of contact from beginning to end. A customised implementation plan will facilitate seamless rollout of the programme. Firm timeframes will be agreed at the beginning of the process, and regular progress reports will be submitted until the process is completed.

Throughout this process, the account manager will be involved in the completion of the rollout.  He/She will also identify the correct reporting criteria for your organisation to set up the required management information.
