DEDICATED SERVICE 24 HOURS A DAY

Our consultants are exclusively committed to servicing your Card, travel and concierge needs. From the outset you will receive focused attention from a dedicated consultant who will see to it that your request is satisfactorily resolved. Our Concierge and Travel service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while our Card service consultants are available weekdays from 7.30am to 6pm and 7:30am to 1pm on Saturdays.

 

RAPID CALL ROUTING

Our new streamlined call routing system is quick, efficient and easy-to-use, allowing you swift access to speak to a consultant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no matter where you are in the world. You can also choose from our express self-service option to check your current balance, details of your last payment or to request a copy of your latest statement.
