Electronic Statements and Weekly Transaction Listings
You can receive your statements
monthly via secure e-mail delivery to your personal e-mail box. These are
password-protected and certified by SARS.
You can also register to receive a weekly list of transactions. You can view
your statement in HTML format as well as access your transactions in flat file
or csv format.
Flexible Billing Options
Your Corporate Card offers you a
choice of 10 billing dates and two billing options - centralised and
individual.
In centralised billing individual accounts are consolidated into a single
account. This single account reflects the monthly payment for full settlement.
Cardmembers can receive monthly statements for their own records, but must
submit their charge vouchers with their expense claims.
In individual billing Cardmembers settle their accounts personally and claim
reimbursement from the company.
Comprehensive Management Reports
Your Card can be linked to a comprehensive management information reporting
system that makes it easy to administer and document the expenses of any number
of employees who travel and entertain on the company's account. These reports
are available on request.
Choice of 3 Liability Structures
We offer 3 types of liability options which are established at the start of our
relationship to meet your need:
Individual Liability: Employers are liable for the full amount outstanding on
the account.
Joint & Several: Both employees and the company are liable for outstanding
amounts on the account.
Corporate: The Company is solely responsible for settling the account.
Easy Monthly Payments
For your added convenience an Automatic Payment Order (APO) may be set up for
your account to be paid automatically every month. Alternatively, pay at any
Nedbank branch or via electronic funds transfer.
Emergency Cash
Your Card entitles you to emergency cash when overseas. Present your Card at
any American Express® Travel or Foreign Exchange Office and you can
withdraw up to US$2000 every 21 days.
Cash Withdrawals
You may withdraw cash at any local Saswitch ATM or in any Nedbank branch,
provided this facility has been authorised by your company. Cash can also be
withdrawn internationally at more than 500 000 dispensers in the Express Cash
network.
Dispute Resolution
We have developed an internal procedure for dispute resolution so that if at any time our products or services have not satisfied you expectations you can contact us. Our Complaints and Disputes resolution procedures will have your complaint reviewed by management. You will have a response within 15 working days. If you are still unhappy you may take your complaint to the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman who may be contacted on (011) 726-8900 or write to PO Box 32334, Braamfontein, 2017.Click

Lost Card Protection
In the event of your Card being stolen or lost call us immediately on 0800 110
929. Since your Card has lost-card protection, you will not be held liable for
any transactions' arising after the Card has been reported stolen or lost.
Add-on Cards
All applications will be considered on merit. Depending on the legal entity
involved, certain supporting documentation may be required.
